    Although not valid in all circumstances, investors' rights are as follows:

    Investor Complaints and Requests

    We try to respond to all requests within 1 (one) month. If the investor's request is complex or large, our response time may take longer than 1 (one) month. In this case, we will inform our investor within 1 (one) month of receiving the request and keep it updated. We may charge a reasonable fee when a request is clearly unfounded, excessive or repetitive, or when we receive a request to provide more copies of the same data. In this case, we will send the investor a fee request, which he must accept before processing his request. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the investor's request in these cases.
